General terms
1. You must be 18 or over to use the service.
2. You must provide a valid email address and other relevant information requested to complete registration and which might be reasonably expected to provide service for you. We agree to keep your information private, unless you consent to its disclosure, or we are legally required to disclose it.
3. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not, in the use of teacherslounge.co.nz, violate any laws in your or our jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). teacherslounge.co.nz and these terms and conditions are operated under New Zealand law and jurisdiction.
4. The use of teacherslounge.co.nz is at your own sole risk and is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
5. Technical support is only available to paying advertisers and is provided via the support system included on teacherslounge.co.nz.
6. You must not modify, adapt or hack teacherslounge.co.nz or modify another website to imply it is associated with teacherslounge limited or teacherslounge.co.nz.
7. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of teacherslounge.co.nz or use without written permission of teacherslounge limited.
8. teacherslounge Limited may, but has no obligation to, remove content, accounts and memberships whether we determine at our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive,threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or not.
9. You must not upload, post, host or transmit any unsolicited emails, spam messages, worms or viruses or any other destructive code.
10. If your bandwidth or memory usage exceeds what teacherslounge Limited, at our sole discretion, consider reasonable we reserve the right to disable your account or throttle file and image hosting.
11. teacherslounge Limited and teacherslounge.co.nz at no time make any representation or warranties of any kind. Your agreement to use teacherslounge.co.nz is not a warranty as to the security, reliability, timeliness and performance of teacherslounge.co.nz and does not warrant that the quality of any information, products or services obtained on teacherslounge.co.nz will meet your expectations.
12. Your account may be held and used by only one person or legal entity. Automated accounts such as 'bots' will be deleted.
Payments and refunds terms
teacherslounge Ltd will send an invoice for payment, which can be paid by cheque or bank transfer and is due on or before the 20th of each month. All costs incurred in collection of overdue debts will be paid by the debtor. A late fee of 20% per annum will be payable on overdue amounts from the due date calculated on a daily rate until actual receipt of payment. Initial period will be invoiced for month remaining.
Renewal of service
The service will be automatically renewed and you will be invoiced at the current prices. On or before the 6th day of the month, teacherslounge Limited will issue you with an invoice.
Cancellation of service
Upon cancellation of services, all charges will cease at the end of the then current billed monthly period. No part credit or refund will be issued for early cancellation.
Content and monitoring
teacherslounge Limited and teacherslounge.co.nz accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of or connected with the website or for any products, services or activities purchased or sourced from the website and we do not accept liability for any errors or omissions, nor is there any warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on the website. teacherslounge Ltd and teacherslounge.co.nz reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time with out notification to you nor other uses.
teacherslounge Limited and teacherslounge.co.nz reserve the total right to at anytime modify, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service on teacherslounge.co.nz, with or without notice.
Personal information kept by teacherslounge Limited will not be passed to third parties without appropriate consent.
teacherslounge Limited reserves the right to modify storage policies and teacherslounge.co.nz appearance and service at anytime with or without notification.
Amendment of terms and service
Prices of all services are subject to change at anytime by teacherslounge limited, with or without notice prior the the commencement of any billed period.
teacherslounge Limited and teacherslounge.co.nz shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation.
Copyright and content ownership
teacherslounge Limited claim no intellectual property rights over the material provided by advertisers to teacherslounge.co.nz. All brand, product, ,materials and profile content submitted remain the respective advertisers. However by submitting content it is agreed that others be allowed to view, download and print and share the content, including but not limited to RSS syndication.
teacherslounge Limited and teacherslounge.co.nz do not pre-screen advertisers content but retain the right to remove or refuse in part or entirety any content available on teacherslounge.co.nz.
Disputes
Any dispute relating to our touching upon the contract between the parties or these terms and conditions shall be the subject of the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand Courts to be determined solely in accordance with the law of New Zealand.
